Job Summary

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying web and cloud-based applications that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design solutions, and implement cutting-edge technologies. Your expertise in Space Driven Plan (DDD) standards will drive the development of powerful, area-driven services that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the adoption of Space Driven Plan (DDD) standards throughout the software development lifecycle, including domain analysis, modeling, and execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define bounded contexts, develop a common language, and establish domain-driven examples to ensure alignment between software solutions and business domains.
• Drive the creation of domain models that accurately represent complex business domains and facilitate communication among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Influence DDD best practices to design and develop adaptable, effective, and extensible software systems that address the association's evolving requirements.
• Drive conversations around new and emerging capabilities and assist in determining the most effective way to modernize technologies to enable business solutions.
• Combine current state processes, working models, and approaches to define new, carefully crafted clarity on requirements.
• The job will work across a diverse partner group, driving agreement, and creating a shared understanding of detailed requirements related to technical delivery.
• Meet with business groups as required and perform an initial assessment of a high-risk situation or articulating the capabilities required to support the business.
• Gather data about the business cycle through various methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports, etc.).
• Offer key support to clients in defining or designing business cycles and assist in identifying advancements based on client needs.
• Coordinate multi-system solutions to explain interdependencies so that systems appear consistent to the client.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

* Demonstrated experience with Space Driven Plan or similar

• 3+ years of IT and Business experience
• Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Scientific mind with exceptional data collection and analysis skills
• Exhibited skills in process planning, technical design, and demonstrated critical thinking
• Effective communication, relationship management, and influencing skills required to work in collaboration with internal teams
• Consistently focuses on the health and safety of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces diversity, thinking, and styles.
• Has a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

What Will Give You an Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

* In-depth knowledge of airline industry standards

• Business Process Modeling (BPM) experience
• Business Capability Modeling (BCM) experience
