Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our specialty patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. You will work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, making a significant impact on the lives of our patients. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to specialty patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
- Handle high-volume calls, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
- Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and provide accurate information to patients
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely delivery of life-sustaining medications to our patients
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric environment
- 6+ months of high call center experience, working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment, meeting or exceeding performance metrics
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
- Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

Training Schedule
* Training will take place Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST
- Schedule availability will be Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $17.02 Maximum: $27.16 Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
