Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
  • Working from home, navigating through multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
  • Meeting performance standards, including handling a high volume of customer calls, resolving issues efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service

Training Requirements

As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to participate in mandatory training, which includes:

  • 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (Monday-Friday), 8:30am-3:30pm
  • 2nd Shift Training: 2 weeks (Monday-Friday), 5:00pm-11:00pm
  • Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Saturday-Sunday), 8:00am-4:00pm
