Experienced Part-Time Customer Care Representative – Community-Focused Communications Support

Our humble roots began in 1955 when residents banded together to bring telephone service to Brunswick County for the first time. Today, our team is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and technology, building a next-generation, 100% fiber-optic network in Brunswick County and expanding our reach to serve portions of Bladen, Chowan, Columbus, Duplin, Hoke, Pender, Perquimans, Robeson, and Scotland Counties. Job Summary As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported. * Explaining the details of all arenaflex products and services, including recommending specific products and services based on customers' needs. * Performing customer verifications, including credit checks for new customers. * Initiating service orders for new and existing customers. * Resolving customer complaints by clarifying the issue, determining the root cause, and selecting the best solution to solve the problem. * Meeting or exceeding productivity measurements, including the number of customer contacts, service orders created, and product sales. Requirements * A High School diploma is required. * Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. * At least 6 months in a call center, customer service, or closely related field. * Must maintain a clean driving record and valid license. Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the telecommunications industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. * Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
