Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Student Success Coach to join our team. As a Student Success Coach, you'll work with students throughout their education program, providing guidance, support, and encouragement to help them achieve academic excellence. You'll be responsible for managing a group of assigned students, coaching them through their degree program, and connecting them with various departments and resources. Key Responsibilities
- Support enrollment, student development, and retention services while ensuring a quality learning experience.
- Manage a group of assigned students and coach each through their degree program, through proactive and timely outreach.
- Encourage and support students through daily and weekly outreach as they work to develop skills and knowledge for academic success.
- Provide a trusted environment where students can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests.
- Offer and teach students how to use resources to help maximize the success of each student.
- Become a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support.
- Be a liaison for students, enabling them to connect with various departments.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent)
- Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling essential
- Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
- Ability to learn technical skills quickly
- Excellent communication/listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner
- Strong customer support focus and attention to details

Schedule
8 hour shift
Monday-Thursday: 8am to 7pm CDT
Friday & Saturday: 8am to 5pm CDT
We hire people from all time zones that have availability during our hours of operation, in support of our students.
