Job Description
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing complex queries, reports, and packages to meet business needs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to develop reporting and analytic solutions, software design, and data analysis. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating data needs, ensuring data integrity, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Design and develop packages for internal clients
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Translate data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
