Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for our brand every single day. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Schedule and Shifts

We offer a flexible schedule with 4 days of work per week, with each shift being 10 hours long. The open times for each day are:

  • Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
  • Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
  • Monday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
  • Tuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues over the phone, on live chat, and through email
  • Providing exceptional customer service to create raving fans for our brand
  • Working independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and industry trends
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and live chat platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A background in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or related fields
  • Experience with CRM software and live chat platforms
  • A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting rate of $18.00/hour with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
  • 2 weeks paid time off per year + 1 week sick time
