Job Summary

As an experienced Virtual Administrative Assistant – Data Entry & Office Support, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to our team and clients. Responsibilities

* Assist with general administrative tasks, such as: + Data entry and management + Filing and document management + Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements + Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages and delivering exceptional customer service + Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations + Maintaining and updating databases and client information + Supporting the team in organizing and executing events and meetings + Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
  • Assist with special projects and assignments as needed

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
