What You'll Do

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
• Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
• Managing notices in the different job portals with which we work and evaluating the candidates that apply to them
• Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches

• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
• Manage notices in the different job portals with which we work and evaluate the candidates that apply to them
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open

Essential Qualifications:

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team

• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1+ previous work experience (is a plus)
• Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in data entry or a related field

• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
