Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
• Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to meet business objectives
• Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that drive business success
• Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and guidelines
• Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks
• Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts
• Working in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
• Continuously climbing and descending stairs (for sites with stairs)

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Availability to work a part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
