Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email interactions
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Answering questions and providing product information to customers
- Processing orders and handling returns and exchanges
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the Lighting Industry or a related field
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with sales and customer service software
- Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Competitive salary starting at $16.00/hour with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
- Quarterly bonuses and commissions on product sales
- Flexible full-time schedules during customer service hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday
