The Role

As our Executive Vice President of Customer Success & Services, you'll be responsible for leading the development of customer success, professional services, and support motions that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. You'll be a strategic champion of the customer journey, influencing and aligning with various departments to enhance the customer experience. Your expertise will be crucial in building and scaling global teams, creating industry-leading customer journeys, and driving customer retention and renewals in partnership with sales and services leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of customer success, professional services, and support motions that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth

  • Build and scale global teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Create industry-leading customer journeys that meet the evolving needs of our customers
  • Drive customer retention and renewals in partnership with sales and services leadership
  • Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to drive rapid revenue growth and ensure collaboration across the global customer success organization
  • Develop other leaders within the organization to ensure a culture of customer success
  • Influence and align with various departments to enhance the customer experience
  • Utilize CRM platforms to drive data-driven success motions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of customer success

Essential Qualifications

* Proven track record in a senior customer success leadership position, particularly in a growth environment

  • Experience in leading teams that utilize CRM platforms
  • Strong focus on data-driven success motions
  • Background in B2B SaaS
  • Transformational leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive change and growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align with various departments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in developing and executing customer success strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a public company or a company with a similar scale and complexity

  • Experience in leading global teams and managing cross-functional relationships
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and their application in customer success
  • Experience in developing and executing customer success metrics and KPIs
