Key Responsibilities
As a Work From Home Remote Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering data from images into the data capture system with precision and accuracy
- Utilizing basic knowledge of computer software or systems to input data in prescribed formats
- Cross-referencing data to ensure accuracy and completeness, scanning and editing for errors during entry
- Processing payments, preparing deposits, NSF processing, credit card processing, and daily activity balancing
- Maintaining incoming and outgoing mail, and entering new business as time permits
- Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and submitting them into the companys ticketing system for the Help Desk technicians to review
- Reviewing each open ticket to see the outcome from the help desk and emailing responses to customers to ensure exceptional customer service
Qualifications and Requirements
While prior experience is not required, we're looking for individuals with a strong foundation in IT Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer. As a successful candidate, you'll possess:
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work comfortably on a computer all day
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Familiarity with computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
