Key Responsibilities

As a remote customer service representative for arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of medical transportation services or healthcare industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience working with CRM software or other customer service platforms
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish or other languages)
