Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Instagram Chat Assistant to join our remote team. As a customer support specialist, you'll be responsible for managing direct messages on business Instagram accounts, answering questions about products, shipping, and returns using a provided FAQ document. Key Responsibilities

* Manage direct messages on business Instagram accounts, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize a provided FAQ document to answer questions about products, shipping, and returns
  • Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Work independently, using your own initiative to manage your workload and meet performance targets
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and support across all channels

Essential Qualifications

* 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work variable shifts

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently, using your own initiative to manage your workload and meet performance targets
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously

* Previous experience in customer support or a related field

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook
  • Experience working with FAQ documents and knowledge bases
