Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and clients
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A strong understanding of the importance of customer service and a passion for delivering outstanding results

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate of $13.00 per hour

- Flexible scheduling, with opportunities to work a variety of shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts
Application Requirements
To apply for this role, you'll need to:
- Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
- Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
- Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
- Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
Location
The ideal candidate will be based in Kentucky, with the ability to work remotely.
