Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry and Customer Service Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our records. You'll also provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter data into various systems and databases with precision and speed, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Perform data collection tasks, such as reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and reports, to extract relevant information. - Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and analysis, utilizing pivot tables and other data analysis tools to extract and present data in a meaningful way. - Transcribe audio files, documents, or other written materials into digital format, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that data is accurate and consistent, and identify and address data discrepancies to ensure the integrity of our records. - Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and printing documents, to support the efficient operation of our team. - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our systems and data entry processes, staying up-to-date with new technologies and best practices. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate data entry, and meet and exceed productivity and quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in computer systems and data entry software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite. - Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience with data collection, data analysis, and data entry, with a strong understanding of data management principles and best practices. - Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute, and the ability to transcribe written materials accurately and efficiently. - Familiarity with pivot tables and other data analysis tools, such as Excel and Google Data Studio. - High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science, is preferred. - Experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and customer service platforms. - Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and data entry processes, with a strong understanding of our business operations and goals. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. - Certification in data entry or customer service, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR).
