What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of one of the nation's largest brands, interacting with customers via inbound calls to assist with their needs. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and upselling customers to ensure they have the best features to meet their needs. With our comprehensive training program, you'll be equipped to handle any call type and customer, even the toughest ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences via inbound calls, resolving issues and upselling customers to meet their needs - Build meaningful connections with customers, understanding their needs and preferences - Work in a fast-paced remote environment, staying focused and productive in a comfortable home setting - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on product knowledge - Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve customer service outcomes - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
What You Need to Thrive

Qualifications
- At least 6 months of work-at-home experience - At least 1 year of Call Center experience - Must live in the state of Georgia - Must be 18 years of age - Must have a GED or High School Diploma - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
