Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving technical issues, and driving business growth. Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Independently resolving a high volume of inbound tickets across phone, email, and chat channels, meeting SLAs while delivering exceptional service.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear, actionable solutions to customers.
  • Conducting proactive customer outreach initiatives to minimize recurring issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Navigating multiple systems simultaneously to maintain a reliable and efficient workflow, taking full ownership of your results.
  • Adhering to internal procedures to ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and customers, gathering and sharing all necessary information to support arenaflex platform users.
  • Escalating ambiguous issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
  • Continuously improving the income and employment verification process by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.

Work Schedule and Environment

This is a part-time position, with a work schedule of 5-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, within the 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time window. You will work 100% remotely from home, and a reliable high-speed internet connection is required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 2 years of experience providing technical support in a high-volume call center or similar environment.
  • A commitment to delivering a world-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
  • Excellent self-management skills, consistently meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work.
  • The ability to navigate through multiple systems using a simple set of instructions.
  • High standards of organization, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Resilience and composure under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discipline, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a focus on detail.
  • A willingness to follow structured processes and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to change, driven by a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.
  • A commitment to prioritizing security in your personal and professional life.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Spanish language fluency.
  • Experience working for a startup or similar environment.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive cash compensation package for this role, targeted at $17 - $19 per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate expertise. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
