Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Strategy Lead-Data to join our team. As a key member of our packaging strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven packaging solutions that drive business growth, enhance customer experience, and reduce costs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, design, store operations, marketing, and compliance, to ensure that our packaging strategy aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement data-driven packaging solutions that drive business growth, enhance customer experience, and reduce costs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that packaging strategy aligns with business objectives
• Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for packaging innovation and cost reduction
• Develop and maintain packaging standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure compliance with packaging regulations and industry standards
• Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on packaging best practices and regulations
• Collaborate with the design team to develop packaging designs that meet business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Analyze and report on packaging performance metrics, including cost, waste reduction, and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and cost-effective packaging solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure that our packaging strategy remains competitive and compliant

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as packaging, business, or engineering

• 4+ years of experience in packaging strategy, operations, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven packaging solutions that drive business growth and cost reduction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of packaging regulations, industry standards, and best practices
• Experience with packaging software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as packaging, business, or engineering

• 6+ years of experience in packaging strategy, operations, or a related field
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar systems
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
• Experience with packaging design and development
• Strong knowledge of sustainability and environmental regulations
