Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Nashville, USA. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities

- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop actionable recommendations to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop data-driven solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics
- Strong proficiency in data analysis software and applications, including:
+ Microsoft Power BI + Microsoft Excel + Alteryx + Python/R + SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with SAFE Spry, TSQL/PLSQL, and predictive analytics
