What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support experiences to our customers through phone, chat, and/or email. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing timely and professional support
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
- Provide exceptional support experiences that exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Experience working with diverse customer populations
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

- A base salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
