Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have suffered from negligence and guiding them through the process of seeking compensation. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

* You'll be connected to people through an automated dialer who have filled out a form to see if they meet the criteria to potentially qualify for compensation.

• You'll work with a high volume of connections, speaking to 40-50 callers a day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation.
• You'll multitask, listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to provide exceptional customer service.
• You'll achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals.
• You'll accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately.
• You'll participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position.
• You'll adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• You'll assist with other projects as needed.
• You'll be able to self-troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT problems.

Requirements:

* You must reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey.

• You must have a quiet, distraction-free space to work.
• You'll need a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU.
• You'll need high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum – standard internet).
• You'll need a reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (ex. gaming headset with mic/ Logitech G432) (average price is $20-$30).
• You'll need a strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience.
• You'll need 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience.

This is not for you if:

* You cannot troubleshoot basic technical issues.

• You are unable to work 40+ hours per week, each week.
• You can't imagine handling 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-ups until you are connected with a viable caller.
• You are unable to use problem-solving skills.
• You are unable to work the full training period (90 days).
• You are unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during earned vacation days or outside business hours.

Hours of Operation:

A full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
• Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
