Customer Service Advisor Role

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in handling inbound calls from the public, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from the public, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a polite, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Booking, re-scheduling, and cancelling appointments on our booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing clear and concise information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving their issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers feel valued and respected throughout their interaction with arenaflex
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our customer service goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike

  • Experience with booking systems and software applications
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including English
