Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality service to our members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making phone calls and answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members better understand their services and options
- Providing solutions to facilitate treatment and improving the overall experience of our members
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and ensure that our members receive the best possible care
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare trends and regulations
- Working closely with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
- Computer experience with Windows-based applications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
- Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
- Reliability and compliance with certain standards
Preferred Qualifications
