Job Summary

As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cloud infrastructure and data analytics projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to design and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business outcomes. Your expertise in program management, data analysis, and process improvement will be critical in driving the success of these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)

• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and deliver end-to-end solutions that include data gathering, analysis, ongoing metrics, and presentations
• Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business suggestions based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to improve

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical

• 3 years of experience in specialized program/project management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent program management, data analysis, and process improvement skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and data analytics tools and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
