Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a work-from-home opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You'll have the opportunity to learn more about health care, expand your experiences, and open doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Take inbound calls and provide solutions to help simplify the health care experience for our members
- Offer patient, helpful, and genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
- Exhibit patience and empathy, and express assurance and confidence
- Provide strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
