Job Summary

As a Data Entry and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. You'll be responsible for entering and managing data accurately, responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently will be crucial in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring the integrity of our systems and processes

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing clear and concise information to resolve issues promptly
  • Process customer orders and returns with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including order history, returns, and customer feedback

Essential Qualifications
