What would you do every day as a Customer Care Professional?
* Answer inbound calls while engaging and communicating with entrepreneurs and executives, understanding their needs, and suggesting the right arenaflex products and services
- Provide elevated levels of product and service knowledge to convey the benefits and features of arenaflex's offerings
- Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
- Provide exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
- Record important data as per established procedures and protocols
- Maintain integrity: Comply with all administrative and compliance rules connected with adjusting and sales practices
Essential Qualifications:
* Customer support experience (two years+) with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship-building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated success in a customer support and sales environment (two years+)
- Ability to work in a high-speed environment with the capacity to perform multiple tasks and navigate in an electronic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping procedures
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or sales
