Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in empowering our customers to take their medications correctly and achieve better overall wellness. You'll be working from home, communicating with customers primarily through phone and email, and utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Communicate with customers through phone and email, using a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts and research policies
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns, often in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs
  • Work a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours, with the potential to work 30-39 hours per week
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-1 year of customer service experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of success in a similar role

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working from home
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience working with customers in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting, with a strong understanding of the industry and its regulations
