Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat messages on businesses' websites or social media accounts. Your tasks will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Operations teams to develop and implement effective customer support strategies
  • Utilizing tools such as Facebook Messenger to engage with customers and provide support
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, and reliable internet connectivity
