Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a full-time, rotational shift basis. As a CSS, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. If you're proficient in Mandarin and English speaking, writing, and reading skills, and have a strong customer service background, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers in placing online orders and providing support through phone calls
  • Processing payments securely and proactively supporting customers to maintain brand reputation
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborating with the team to improve customer support and maintain service quality
  • Maintaining and improving service quality through continuous process improvement
  • Providing exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed arenaflex's high standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a strong background in call center operations (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • B2 level proficiency in English and Mandarin (speaking, writing, and reading)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach
  • Ability to handle inquiries professionally and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations

Technical Skills

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new systems and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience working with food ordering apps or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
