Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced part-time data entry specialist to join our remote team. As a data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately processing and shipping orders to our customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities as a data entry specialist may include:
- Receiving and processing customer orders
- Accurately packing and shipping orders to customers
- Utilizing scanners to read bar codes on products
- Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for tasks
- Troubleshooting problems and ensuring product quality
- Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
- Lifting up to 49 pounds, pushing utility carts up to 60 pounds, and standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts
- Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Going up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Working at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
- Adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and push utility carts up to 60 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Ability to work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
- Ability to adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
