Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk / Typist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database, ensuring that our clients' information is up-to-date and secure. • Data Update: Update existing data in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that our clients' information is always up-to-date.
• Data Retrieval: Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested by our clients or team members.
• Data Organization: Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure that it's not lost or misplaced.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any data-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk / Typist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk is preferred but not required.
• Fast Typing Skills: Fast typing skills with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• Computer Literacy: A level of comfort with word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
