Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time, work-from-home basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing white-glove service to our high-profile clientele through the fulfillment of requests, including but not limited to dining reservations, ticket purchases, and flower requests. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to high-profile clientele through the fulfillment of requests
- Work in a fast-paced, structured call center environment servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone, chat, and email)
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and meet customer needs
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- 1 year of Call Center experience required
- Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening, which includes a drug screen and criminal background check
- Must be able to work full-time, including afternoons and weekends
- Must be able to work from home with a private, lockable office space and high-speed internet access (minimum 25 mbps download / 5 mbps upload)
- Must be able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, hospitality)
- Experience working in a call center environment with a high volume of customer interactions
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping
- Fluency in multiple languages (e.g. Spanish, French, Mandarin)
Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate starting at $18.00/hour
- Potential to earn a monthly bonus
- $2.00/hour shift differential for all hours worked after 7pm ET
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts, permanent
