Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing incoming faxes containing critical information from providers, patients, and medications
  • Verifying the completeness of required information, including dates of birth and medication dosages
  • Conducting follow-ups with providers to obtain any missing information
  • Accurately inputting data to confirm prescription coverage
  • Managing approximately 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather essential information
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and efficient prescription coverage
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center
  • Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong communication abilities
  • Proficient in managing tasks related to both fax and phone communications
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role
  • Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime

Employment Type
