Experienced Technical Program Manager – Cloud Infrastructure and Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)
• Working with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
• Planning and automating metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Driving process improvement through data analysis, envisioning, and making business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and following up on opportunities to move forward

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration)
• At least 4 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical
• 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
• Strong business acumen, with experience making data-driven recommendations to drive business outcomes
