Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Assistant to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, reviewing daily reports, and ensuring the accuracy of our postings. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for data entry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, including invoices, daily reports, and other relevant information.
  • Reviewing Daily Reports: Review daily reports to ensure accuracy and completeness, and make any necessary corrections or updates.
  • Entering Coupon Amounts: Enter coupon amounts and other relevant data into our systems.
  • Reviewing Postings for Accuracy: Review postings for accuracy and completeness, and make any necessary corrections or updates.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our team and stakeholders to ensure seamless data entry and reporting processes.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Strong Communication, Customer Service, and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to Multi-Task: The ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks is critical for success in this fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are an asset for this role.
  • Accounting Experience: Previous accounting experience is an asset for this role.
