Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience
  • Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to customers
  • Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing fast and friendly service to customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and promoting arenaflex products and services
  • Working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A strong sales background, with experience in retail and customer service
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales
  • A willingness to learn and grow, with a motivation to advance in your career
  • The ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a strong background in sales and customer engagement
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • A high level of flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with a focus on eye-hand coordination and ladder climbing
