Key Responsibilities
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to our products and services - Utilizing various systems and tools to initiate and assist customers - Maintaining a working knowledge of all arenaflex products, services, and promotions - Making recommendations according to customer needs - Processing purchases of all products and services - Handling inquiries related to billing, rate plans, features, and services - Troubleshooting and resolving customer-impacting issues - Providing support for products and services offered by arenaflex - Assisting customers with products and services such as laptop connect services, air cards, and USB devices - Identifying, tracking, and trending issues to assist in root cause elimination - Engaging with T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues - Engaging third-party vendors and suppliers as needed to address service faults and provide customer resolution

Requirements
To be successful as a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll need: - At least one year of customer service experience - Call center experience preferred - Advanced typing/keyboarding skills preferred - The ability to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours - Occasional overtime may be required - The ability to complete all required training in a virtual environment, including required knowledge checks - The ability to participate in required security awareness training and testing - The ability to comply with organizational security and compliance standards and participate in required security monitoring and audits - A dedicated workspace with verified internet service and a direct LAN connection - The ability to sit or stand for long durations and engage with customers as dictated by the needs of the business
