We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our AppleCare Support team in driving data-driven decision-making, process improvements, and customer-centric initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a high-performing analytics team in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize AppleCare Support operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement analytics solutions that drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and enhance operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and drive revenue growth
• Communicate complex analytics findings and recommendations to senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on analytics initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of analytics innovation

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Master's in Statistics (MS), or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or related field
• Proven experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and data mining techniques
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Apple's products and services

• Knowledge of Apple's business operations and customer support processes
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance
• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Certification in data science, business analytics, or related field
