We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Quality Assurance and Process Improvement team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the success of arenaflex.Key Responsibilities
As a Process Associate, you'll be responsible for:- Monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities
- Auditing operations teams' & system outputs, suggesting and implementing process/system improvements, and identifying emerging process performance trends
- Auditing, tracking, and maintaining the quality metrics of assigned processes
- Interacting with the business, automation & technology teams to help drive operational and system improvements
- Working at all levels with an eye for detail to achieve process goals
- Actively seeking to understand arenaflex's core values and translating those into everyday practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management, Quality Assurance)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:- Experience in a similar role or industry
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Experience working with automation & technology teams
