Responsibilities

As a Lead Generator / Customer Service Representative - Brand Ambassador, you'll be responsible for:

• Representing arenaflex at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities, showcasing our products and services to potential customers
• Engaging with customers, educating them on our products and services, and creating a positive customer experience through exceptional service and answering questions
• Gathering feedback and insights from customers to improve our products and marketing efforts
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that drive business growth
• Working independently to manage your own schedule, while also being part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and open communication

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule, while also being part of a team that values collaboration and open communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the water treatment or well drilling industry

• Familiarity with arenaflex's brand and products
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Experience with marketing and promotional campaigns
