Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service and IT Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity, account access, and other basic technical issues.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless escalation and resolution of complex issues.
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
Schedule
As a part-time Customer Service and IT Support Representative at arenaflex, you will work a flexible schedule that fits around your life. Our part-time schedule includes:
- Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)
