We're seeking a seasoned Digital Product Manager to join our Computerization Development team, focused on the development, discovery, and execution of advanced live chat automation capabilities.

Job Summary

As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our conversational AI client upgrading products, working closely with the item group (Product, Information Researchers, Specialists, and business partners) to drive innovation and excellence. You will lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts, defining product requirements that elevate the customer experience. Your expertise in client information, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical knowledge will enable you to examine the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts, defining product requirements that give opportunities to elevate the customer experience

• Influence client information, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical knowledge to examine the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities
• Collaborate with engineers, information researchers, and product directors across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments
• Work with core product teams to define client stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to define future feature planning
• Lead client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation, identifying ways to improve the experience
• Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and develop clear data-driven product suggestions
• Maintain and refine the product backlog, planning client stories to meet the needs of the end-user, while focusing on business value
• Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, guide, release plan, and overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year college degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field

• Passion and enthusiasm for understanding how things work and ability to use that knowledge to create connections and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial outlook and bias towards action
• Excitement for excellent products and services, able to empathize with clients, and skilled at articulating product functionality
• Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as evidenced by your ability to convey new and complex details with brevity and clarity
• Will have a forward-looking "growth mindset" with an emphasis on innovation trends and emerging industry/space best practices

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in conversational AI, live chat support, or related fields

• Proven track record of driving product innovation and excellence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, information researchers, and product directors
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product development frameworks
