Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our Remote Customer Support Team as Full Stack Customer Support Representatives. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 to $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Representative on our Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely manner
  • Assisting customers with booking flights, changing itineraries, and processing cancellations
  • Providing accurate information about flight schedules, services offered, and travel policies
