The RES PMO Task Director Role

As a RES PMO Task Director, you'll be responsible for leading the project management of high-priority initiatives across the RES division. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, develop project plans, and ensure successful project execution. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our customer service operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the project management of high-priority initiatives across the RES division, including organizing tasks from project inception to execution and conclusion

• Develop and maintain project artifacts, including project contracts, project plans, risk and issue logs, and dashboards
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams or stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and develop project plans
• Foster effective communication methodologies and implement cycles, exercises, and projects that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency
• Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and divisional portfolio management
• Establish and maintain strong relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional arenaflex teams
• Support the growth and development of the RES PMO capability and the establishment of a Center of Excellence for portfolio management

• Demonstrated ability and proven track record of success in managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity

• Ability to lead and work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in written and oral communications, with the ability to develop concise reports for executive presentations
• Should perform acceptably in their current position

• Where allowed by relevant regulation, you have received or will receive the COVID-19 vaccine by the date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based work, while possibly not already employed by arenaflex, Inc.

• Has a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Is at least 18 years old and has approval to work in the US
