Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in Monroeville, USA. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our plan members, answering their questions, and helping them navigate their healthcare plans. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to plan members via phone, email, and chat

  • Answer questions and resolve issues related to healthcare plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Offer personalized support and guidance to help plan members make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to plan members
  • Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide accurate and informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in healthcare or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
