Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our remote work team. As a Sr. Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex issues, maintain high performance metrics, and provide exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls from patients and providers regarding claims status, benefits, and eligibility, PPO participation, and other related inquiries

  • Maintain department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level
  • Work together as a team and apply the arenaflex Core Values in day-to-day operations

Requirements

* Call center and Medical Terminology/insurance experience

  • Experience working in a production environment
  • Computer Savvy
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated

  • Additional experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field

Education

* High School diploma/GED

Compensation and Benefits

* The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $35.29

  • This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls
  • The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors
  • This position is eligible for a arenaflex bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above
