As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth and success. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team of remote customer service professionals. Key Responsibilities:

* Receive English inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to provide support and resolve issues
  • Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients to provide accurate and up-to-date information

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

  • Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • English language proficiency required for this position
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectives
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
  • Goal-oriented with professional work ethics
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Leadership skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous Customer Service experience (1 year preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Customer Service experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Experience working with a variety of software applications, including CRM systems and customer service platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed
